At Inspired FaithWear, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. Please review the product details carefully before placing your order.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with the product itself, we’ll make it right.
Eligible Returns
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

The item arrives defective or misprinted

Your order is lost in transit and never arrives. If your package has not been delivered within 14 days, please contact us so we can review the tracking status. If tracking confirms the package was delivered to the address provided, we cannot issue a replacement.
Timeframe for Claims

For defective or misprinted products, claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

For lost shipments, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

How to Request a Return
To start a return request:

Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
